FriendBlasterPro is MySpace automation software from the AddNewFriends team who developed TubeBlaster Pro. You have to consider when looking for a MySpace bot that MySpace itself is practically dead. MySpace has been putting a great deal of effort into keeping up with the next-gen social networks but most of it is shoddy at best and this makes it difficult for software like FriendBlasterPro to stay bug-free. This is no excuse for how we’ve seen FriendBlasterPro behave so far…

The Good:

  • One of the few MySpace bots still being supported today. They have been maintaining this software for a few years now.
  • Packed with features, it claims to do just about everything. Automated friend requesting, friend accepting, commenting/messaging, etc… It even supports account chaining and time bulletins.

The Bad:

  • It just doesn’t work like it should. The “News Bulletin” tab says it was last updated in 9/20, but we find that hard to believe. When extracting friend IDs from one page it took about 2 minutes to gather 20 IDs. When we tried the “Gather Clicked Profiles” option we received an error every time. When sending friend requests to our 20 IDs, the software gets stuck on the “Add to friends” page, it didn’t even successfully add a single ID. We can go on, but you get the idea…

Notes:

  • This software has been around for a while now, since Adder Robot was still being developed even. But the website has hardly changed in the past couple years and the software looks just as we remember it. It’s possible this software isn’t being updated as much as they claim it is. Or maybe our computer is somehow the only one having these problems; it’s possible but not likely.
  • For the price, we’re not so sure if this is a good deal these days. MySpace is dead!
  • We recommend this product because we know it used to work at one point. Maybe we tested it during a rough period, it happens. Be sure to give the software a thorough trial before purchasing. Or if you have a computer running Mac OS X, consider Spyder.
