I started using it two weeks ago to promote my music. I only send automated follows... never messages or anything bothersome. I've seen a big response, about half of them follow back and are usually interested in my music. it took me a while to get used to it but if you target your audience and make sure you put this software to it's best potential use, it WILL work out. Just dont overdo it by spamming... Twitter users have caught on and they will notify you if you do!
