It’s not much of a management tool but this YouTube friend bot has all the features you really need in a nice/clean interface.
The software appears to still be supported and the price is definitely fair.

The Good:

  • Supports all the necessary features like gathering video/user IDs, friend requesting, messaging, commenting, downloading videos, account chaining, time delay, statistics etc…
  • Easy to use interface that is foolproof, includes a built-in browser.

 

The Bad:

  • We got stuck while posting video comments. It worked until we received the CAPTCHA code, the page wouldn’t continue after entering the code and clicking “Submit”. Strange, but this may just be a YouTube related issue. The software was bug-free otherwise.
  • The software only downloads YouTube videos in FLV format. There is software out there that downloads in MPG, AVI, MP3 etc… but this isn’t a big problem since you can just download a free converter.

 

Notes:

  • The developers have been building social networking automation software like this for years now. Even today they still stand by their products.
  • One-time-only payment. If you want a monthly payment, check out Tube Toolbox.
  • We recommend this product.

Otherwise this YouTube friend adder seems to be broken and unsupported. We aren’t sure why the website has an “Order” page at all because this software is apparently free.
Upon installing we were unable to login to our YouTube account successfully. We were able to collect user and video IDs from the “Search” feature, but we were unable to do anything with them… every feature in the “Send” menu is broken and returns a “Unhandled exception” error. This software was probably half-decent six months ago, but it’s broken now and appears to be abandoned by it’s developers.

The Good:

  • It’s free.
  • If you just want to make lists of channel/video IDs, this software is worth a shot.
  • Includes the basic features like multiple accounts, built-in browser, automated friend requests, automated messages/comments, etc. Too bad it’s all useless since the automation features are broken.

 

The Bad:

  • It’s broken!
  • No time intervals, proxy support, etc…
  • The software can only extract channel/video IDs from YouTube search.
  • The website requires you add a TubeRobo link to your website in order to download. We suppose you could just use this page’s URL, it should work.

 

Notes:

  • This is a simple application but it was probably worth while when it was first released, it’s dead now. If the developer revives the software, please let us know and we will revise our review.
  • We do not recommend this product.

  • The monthly fee can be expensive but it reassures you that the software has no excuse to ever be broken.
  • The software synchronizes itself with your YouTube channel, which means you can keep a close watch on your channel’s activity and current standing.
  • Video tutorials to help you get started.
  • Support forum fast customer service via e-mail.

 

The Bad:

  • The user interface is a little messy.
  • Banner advertisements on the bottom of the main window
  • The monthly fee can become expensive if you’re on a budget.

 

Notes:

  • This is a strong application that has been consistently updated for years now, you can trust this product.
  • The demo version is very flexible and allows you to get a lot out of it before purchasing.
  • A monthly payment plan is encouraged. If you want a one-time-only payment, check out TubeBlaster Pro.
